This Return & Refund Policy applies to customers located in the United States and governs all purchases made through Velorinn. Our goal is to ensure a fair, transparent, and customer-friendly return experience while complying with applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Eligibility

Velorinn accepts returns for both defective and non-defective items, provided that all returned products are new, unused, and in original condition, including original packaging and accessories. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use may not qualify for return or exchange approval.

Return Window

Return and exchange requests must be submitted within 55 days from the date of delivery. Requests received after this timeframe may be declined.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, customers must contact our customer service team at info@velorinn.com. Once the request is reviewed and approved, detailed return instructions will be provided.

Returns are processed by mail only.
• A return shipping label will be provided upon approval
• Customers must download and print the return label
• There is no cost for return shipping

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted, subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Restocking Fees

Velorinn charges no restocking fees for approved returns.

Refund Processing

After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 18 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and processed in USD.

If your original payment was made in another currency, please note that your financial institution may apply exchange rates or additional fees that are beyond our control.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been successfully processed.
